Is my own modem compatible?

What to check before you BYO, and what to send us.

   Find the model

   It’s on the sticker underneath the modem. Note the brand and full model number (e.g. TP-Link VX230v).

   Match it to your connection type

   FTTP and HFC need a modem with a WAN ethernet port; FTTN/FTTC need VDSL support. Not sure of your type? We’ll tell you.

3. 3

   Send us the details

   During application (or any time), give us the model or a photo of your setup. We’ll confirm compatibility before install day, no surprises.
