   Tell us early

   Two weeks’ notice is ideal. We’ll check what’s available at the new address (NBN, Opticomm, 4G/5G or Starlink) and recommend the best option there.

   Pick your switch-over day

   We can often have the new address live before you hand back the keys, so you’re never offline.

   Same account, same manager

   Your plan, billing and account manager move with you. One call does the lot.
