   Plans are billed monthly in advance, and the amount matches your plan’s advertised price. No surprise add-ons.

   One-off items

   Equipment (modem or mesh) and any nbn technician fees appear as clearly-labelled one-off lines on the invoice after they happen.

   See it all in the portal

   Log in to the member portal for invoices, payment methods and your full billing history.
